I typically do not have a good experience at car dealerships. But Royal Motors was different. It was very relaxed and I didn't feel any of the typical bs. There was a small issue after the sale, Royal followed through. This is not typical in my experience. I had been searching 4 - 5 months for a Tacoma with a standard transmission. I found a few at different dealerships and test drove several. For the most part they were not as advertised nor was the advertised price valid. There was no 'game playing' at Royal and I would recommend them highly.

Mike and Steve went way beyond expectations with the vehicle they sold me today. Beautiful cars and awesome warranty. The sale experience was smooth and the ride home was very relaxing even though it took me 2 hours longer due to traffic. Well worth the trip. Highly recommend them for your next purchase. WOW!!! I have never had anyone treat me as well as Jason. I needed to buy a pickup truck and also needed to get rid of my wife's car at the same time. I sat down with Jason on a Saturday afternoon and asked him for help. He spent an 1 1/2 with me and I gained his trust. He told me how he was going to put me in the truck I wanted and also buy my wife's car. Two weeks later and I am happy to say that I am driving the truck that I wanted and my wife's car is paid off and gone. I will never go to another car dealer to buy a car. Jason has gained must trust and did exactly what he told me he would do. I will be a customer for life.

This is a fantastic place! No pressure! Up front and honest! No high pressure sales gimmicks. No 3 story tall pink inflatable Gorrillas. Extremely fair pricing and friendly people. I am only giving them 5 stars because there isn’t an option to give them more. I recommend anyone in the market for a good used car to check them out.
